This Ward LaFrance Ambassador pumper is 1 of 22 ordered in 1976.  All were powered by Cummins NTA-400 diesel engines with manual transmission and fitted with Hale 1,500gpm pumps and 500 gallon water tanks.  This unit was in reserve status in February of 2002.
