| The City of Torrance is located in the South Bay area found along the coast south of Los Angeles. The Torrance Fire Department is one of a handful of departments throughout the United States that holds ISO Class 1 status. Over the years, Torrance has owned 6 pieces of Crown apparatus, 5 of which were still in service as of April 2003. |
