Mercer Island Fire Department
The City of Mercer Island is about 6 square miles in size and is situated in
Lake Washington about midway between Seattle and Bellevue.  It
consists primarly of single family residences with a growing commercial
district and is home to about 22,000 citizens.
Over the years, Mercer Island has owned 4 Crowns and for many years
in the 70s and 80s ran 100% Crowns in frontline service
