Eugene Safety Day 2008

The Eugene Safety Day is an event put on by Eugene and other local departments every June and is intended to be a fun and educational day for the family.  The event was well attended and a few members of the PNW Chapter of SPAAMFAA brought out several rigs as well as a few privately owned Crown Firecoaches that were in attendance.

Apparatus old and new alike are well represented.

Eugene's Tender 2 supplied water for the porta-tank tank.  Thanks to the Eugene firefighters that rotated duty throughout the day running the tender.

Pressure was supplied by a Howe pumper this year and water-ball was a hit as usual with the kids.
