Apple Valley built this Mobile Command unit out of a Crown Coach HPO.  It was originally used by the Apple Valley School District as a bookmobile.  It is powered by a Cummins 290 diesel engine with an Allison Automatic transmission.  The small trailer towed behind it houses a generator to power the air conditioning and electrical inside the command unit.
