The Chino Valley Fire Department purchased this TeleSqurt new from Crown Coach in 1975.  She was assigned serial number F1740.  In its heyday, it served as Truck 1 and later as Truck 2 in Chino and finally as a reserve for Chino's Truck 66.  F1740 is fitted with a 75 foot TeleSqurt, 1,500gpm Waterous pump with a 200 gallon tank.  She is powered by a Cummins 855 diesel engine with an Allison Automatic transmission.
This rig was retired in June, 2005 and donated to Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Updated September 1, 2008
Battalion Chief Jose Perez of the Bomberos de Aguascalientes writes along with these photos he is sharing that the Department recently refurbished F1740 and that she has already been used at several major fires.  The Department and the men that serve on their new Crown are proud to have her.
Special thanks to Battalion Chief Perez for the updated photos and information!
