Edmonds, Washington Ladder 7 is a 1969 Crown Snorkel.  L7 is fitted with a 65 foot Pittman-Snorkel, 1,500gpm Waterous pump, and 300 gallon water tank.  It is powered by a Cummins 855 diesel motor with a 5-speed manual transmission and carries Crown serial number F1587.  L7 was sold for scrap in mid-2002 with a blown motor.  She was purchased in 2003 from the scrap yard by a collector.  F1587 has since been repowered with another Cummins motor and she is undergoing the slow process of being restored.
