This Crown Firecoach Snorkel was built for Albany, CA in 1967.  She carries serial number F1515 and is powered by a Detroit Diesel 8v71 with an Allison Automatic transmission.  She is fitted with a 75 foot Snorkel, 1,500gpm Waterous pump with a 300 gallon water tank. After this rig was retired by Albany, she was purchased by an individual in Texas and is now used in a promotional type of business.  She remains nearly original but has received some rather interesting modifications including a barbeque on the tailboard and beer taps on the pump panel.
