| The Westminister, California Fire Department purchased this Crown Firecoach pumper in 1970. She served as Engine 4 and carries serial number F1599 and is powered with a NTF-365 Cummins motor paired with a Spicer 5-speed manual transmission. She is equipped with a Waterous 1,500gpm pump and 1,000 gallon water tank. Westminister did not own a ladder truck until 1974 so pumpers carried additional ground ladders on the Engineer's side as well as the Captain's side where they would be traditionally found. |
