This 1980 wide cab Crown Firecoach was built for the Orange County Fire Department.  She carries serial number F1832 and County shop number 5196.  She is powered by a Detroit Diesel 8v71 engine with an Allison Automatic transmission and fitted with a 1,250gpm Waterous pump with a 500 gallon tank.  She was placed on loan to the MCAS in El Toro where she is pictured above before being assigned to the relief pool for the County.  At the end of her career for Orange County, she was used as a training rig.
This rig was sold at auction in early 2004 and was purchased by a collector.
