This 1967 Crown Firecoach was built for the City of Orange Fire Department where she served at Station 6.  She was
purchased by a collector at auction and refurbished over the course of several years.  She suffered an identity crisis of sorts over
the years being lettered for Asuza for and later Mountain View never being properly restored with lettering for Orange.
Carrying serial number F1501, she retains her original Hall-Scott 1091 gasoline engine and Spicer 5-speed manual transmission.
She is fitted with a Waterous 1,500gpm pump and 500 gallon tank.  F1501 has been seen in many television shows and movies
and was also the Crown that appeared in the PasadenaTournament of Roses Parade on January 1, 2003.
She appears below shortly after being purchased at auction at the Los Angeles Area Muster held on October 24, 1992 at the
Long Beach Fire Department Training Center located at Station 19.
