The City of Orange purchased this Crown Firecoach pumper in 1975 where she served as
Engine 5.  F1729 is powered by a Cummins diesel motor with an Allison Automatic
transmission and fitted with a 1,000gpm Waterous pump and 500 gallon water tank.
After being retired in the late 1990s, she was donated to the Santa Ana College Fire
Academy.  She is in use today at the Academy Training Grounds located in Huntington Beach.
