F1426 was purchased new by the City of Orange in 1965 where she served as Engine 2.  After being retired by Orange, she went to the Greasy, Oklahoma Volunteer Fire Dept. where she continued to serve for many more years.  F1426 is powered by the original Hall-Scott 935 gasoline engine with a Spicer 5-speed manual transmission and fitted with a Waterous 1,250gpm pump with 500 gallon tank.
F1426 was purchased by collector Jim Wieboldt and returned this rig to southern California and is planning an eventual restoration.
