The City of Norco purchased Engine 821 in 1980.  She carries Crown Coach serial number F1823 and is fitted with a 1,500gpm Waterous pump, 500 gallon water tank, and powered by a Detroit Diesel 8v71 paired with an Allison Automatic transmission.
