| This Crown Firecoach was purchased by the Pomona, CA Fire Department in 1962 where she served as Engine 1. Carrying serial number F1268, it is fitted with a Waterous 1,250gpm pump, 400 gallon water tank and was originally powered by a Waukesha gasoline engine. It is currently powered by a Detroit Diesel 6n71 motor with a Spicer 5-speed manual transmission. She has been very nicely restored and is currently painted in the fictional paint scheme of "Los Posa Hills" and owned by collector David Kromka. |
