| Purchased in 1976, F1770 was 12th in an order for 12 identical units in 1975 / 1976 and assigned Los Angeles County Shop number 49621. F1770 first served the community of Acton at Station 80 as pictured above when she was new. E80 is powered by a Cummins NTF-295 diesel motor with an Allison Automatic transmission and is fitted with a 1,000gpm Waterous pump with 500 gallon water tank. |

| As the years progressed, F1770 was reassigned as a reserve and was designated as Engine 572 serving the community of Malibu. F1770 was retired and sold at auction in early 2008. |
