As originally built, she was powered by a Hall-Scott 935 gasoline motor paired with a Fuller 5-speed manual transmission. She was equipped with a 1,250gpm Waterous pump, a 150gpm Byron-Jackson high pressure pump for pump-and-roll operations and a 500 gallon booster tank.
