F1338 was built for the Los Angeles City Fire Department in 1964 where she was assigned to
Wagon 17.  Although Crown built several 2,000gpm pumpers over the years, this was the only one
built in this configuration.  Carrying shop number 60157, she is powered by a Hall-Scott 1091
gasoline motor, manual transmission, 400 gallon booster tank and 2,000gpm Waterous pump with
manifold.
After being retired by LA City, F1338 was stored for many years and she can be seen today at the
Los Angeles City Fire Museum.
