Los Angeles City Fire Department Pump 89 is a 1967 Crown Firecoach.  She carries Crown Coach serial number F1460 and
LA City Shop number 60195.  F1460 was initially assigned to Station 89 in North Hollywood where she served as Wagon 89
 before being moved to the Pump position.  She was later reassigned several more times and wound up at Station 50 in
Atwater Village at the end of her career.  As built, F1460 was powered by a Hall-Scott 1091 gasoline motor paired with a
Spicer 5-speed manual transmission.  F1462 was equipped with a Waterous 1,500gpm pump and 400 gallon water tank.  She
was later repowered by the City Shops with a Cummins NTC-350 diesel motor retaining her original transmission and was
fitted with a fiberglass canopy and new lightbar.
