| Los Angeles City Fire Department Pump 101 is a Crown Firecoach built in 1961, serial number F1252. She was assigned LAFD Shop number 60079. P101 is powered by a Hall-Scott 935 gasoline motor paired with a Fuller 5-speed manual transmission and fitted with a 1250gpm Waterous pump and a 400 gallon water tank. P101 served the South Shores area of San Pedro for the City of Los Angeles. A few interesting things to note about this rig are the Perlux fog lights mounted underneath the front bumper and the early lettering the City used still on this rig in 1968. |
