| Los Angeles City Fire Department Engine 212 is a 1974 Crown Firecoach, serial number F1700, LA City Shop number 60293. When new, she was first assigned to Station 3 in the downtown area and as pictured above, is serving the Highland Park area. F1700 was one of nine of the final orders for Crown fire apparatus by LA City. She is powered by a Cummins NTF-365 diesel motor with a Spicer 5-speed manual transmission with a 1,500gpm Waterous pump and 400 gallon water tank. |
