This 1963 Crown Firecoach pumper was originally built with an open cab for the Los Angeles County Fire Department where she last served as Engine 11 in the Altadena area.  She was retired in 1985 and went on to serve the Shoshone Mountain Fire Department near Ione, Nevada.  She now rests at the Beatty Museum in Beatty, Nevada where she will be used as an interpretive piece in the areas history of firefighting.
She carries Crown Coach serial number F1292, LACo Shop number 49185, is still powered by her original Hall-Scott 1091 gasoline engine, Fuller 5-speed manual transmission and Waterous 1,250gpm pump.
