This Crown Firecoach was built for the Stanton, CA Fire Department in 1968 and carries serial number F1511.  She was originally
built with an open cab and later returned to Crown to have the cab enclosed.  F1511 served the Orange County Fire Dept. for a
short time as Engine 61 when Stanton consolidated its fire services with the County.  She was surplused and sold to the
Fayetteville, Alabama Volunteer Fire Department where she serves today.  F1511 is powered by a NTC-350 Cummins diesel
motor with a Spicer 5-speed manual transmission and fitted with a Waterous 1,500gpm pump and 500 gallon water tank.
