| The Covina, California Fire Department purchased this Crown pumper new in 1961 where she was assigned to Station 2. It is fitted with a Waterous 1,250gpm pump with 500 gallon tank and powered by a Hall-Scott 935 gasoline motor paired with a Fuller 5-speed manual transmission. She carries Crown Coach serial number F1236. Last being assigned as E291, it was purchased by Charles Black and now resides in Maryland. |
