Apple Valley Engine 331R is a 1964 Crown, F1348.  It is equipped with a Waterous 1500gpm pump and 600 gallon water tank.  This rig was originally built for the Montebello Fire Dept. before being sold to the Crest Forest Fire Protection District near Big Bear.  Afterwards, she went to the Apple Valley Fire Department in the high desert as she is seen above.  She is currently owned by a collector.
